I have not used this service before but definitely will. Rob in particular was great. He called me before he inspected the car to check if there were any specific things I was interested in or worried about. He explained the process and his experience. The report was clear and comprehensive and delivered very swiftly indeed. he then quickly answered a couple of questions I had. I was thoroughly impressed.
