Rob was absolutely fantastic. He came out to change my break pads, upon arrival I realised I did not have my locking wheel nut key which meant the work couldn’t be carried out, Rob was very understanding and advised me on how to sort the problem, he rescheduled once the issue had been resolved at a time that suited me and couldn’t have been more patient and considerate. All the work Rob did was to an excellent standard and was very good value. Rob was incredibly thorough and communicative and is definitely a very knowledgeable Mechanic. Thank you!!
