Rob inspected my squeaky brakes and showed me the damage on them, explaining clearly how this was causing the pads to bind. My discs and pads were replaced which has resolved the issue. This was cheaper than the work I had originally booked so he lowered the bill to the correct price. He phoned ahead to let me know when he would arrive as he was slightly later than expected due to having a part delivered.

He worked on an old car that proved rather challenging but he was determined to fix it and never once made me feel, it was a nuisance or a problem to him.
