Rob was assigned to conduct a standard pre-inspection on a 2018 VW Polo TSI SE I was interested in buying. I requested a inspection on a Monday and it was booked in for the next day at 10AM! Rob rang me to let me know he was running late and that he would stay late to ensure everything was completed correctly. The follow up call and inspection report was very detailed - all questions I had where answered and explained while he provided me with his expert opinion. I purchased the car following this inspection and couldn't be happier. Good job Rob!
