Very good work on time and very friendly and very good price

I was apprehensive regarding using ClickMechanic as I have always used the same garage for my car requirements for many years. But due to the issue I had (diagnostic test due to car not starting) I needed a mobile mechanic. From the start of the process on the website, showing the cost up front and the ease of booking a quick time slot, and then the correspondence from the mechanic (Rob) both before and during the required work was great. From diagnostic report, further work was required and again within minutes I had a quote from ClickMechanic which I found very fair, and I rebooked Rob to carry out the work. And the next day Rob was in touch and came and carried out the work. My car is now back on the road. There is a stigma when you need car repairs as you never now what a garage will extend your final bill but I would like to say that was not the case here, and a great thank you to Rob for his professionalism. Rob was amazing. Really friendly and did a great job changing our brakes even though he had a hard time as one of the bolts had locked.
