Rob was absolutely spot on. Very good comms, before and after the inspection. Very thorough report and happy to discuss any points. If I had a garage business, I'd employ him tomorrow.

Highly effective, very personable, knowledgeable and attended to the job with courtesy and without any sense of being rushed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rob and the fact that the work was conducted from my home was great.

I was a bit sceptical when I decided to pay almost £160 for a report. However I can genuinely say, that I am glad that I paid the money as it would have cost me probably 20 times that if I had used my vehicle knowledge. Not only that but he also saved me my time. The vehicle was over one one and a half hours drive from my home, so all said and done he saved me almost a day of my time. At all times he kept me informed even before he left to go to the garage he called. The report was detailed enough to any un-mechanical lay-person. There was even several images highlighting the findings. Having received the report by email shortly after the inspection concluded. I took sometime and researched the issues that Rob had noted. This was just to make sure I would not miss anything when I called him. This guy really went above and beyond my expectations and its just a shame that most of society haven't got the concept of great customer service. He must have been fed-up of my voice by the end of our hour long conversation. Which I may add was at gone 7pm - so he was sacrificing his own time, to assist me. To say he was patient and an good communicator would be unfair - he was fabulous. He gave me his time-served option of the vehicle and I asked him what would he do. I have previously been struggling to find this model / year / and extras. In my mind I had already bought the car, so when he was put on the spot by me, asking why would he advise. He throughly went over the options and potential pitfalls purchasing this vehicle would impose on me. By the end of the conversation I know in my mind that he had put my mind at ease and that I was giving this vehicle the swerve. He even went as far to suggest that I look for a new model, if I could stretch my budget. As he had seen one in the garage next-door. I suppose that it helped that he owned the same vehicle and so did his wife just different spec.I really can't say how happy I am with the service ad readers will think this is a fake review of similar. Rob even responded to me texting him almost a week later asking him his opinion on another vehicle's known issues.
