Rob was amazing. A very genuine and honest talking gentleman. He was well spoken and polite and a pleasure to talk with. He spoke to me before the inspection to ask if there was anything imparticullar that I wanted looking at. He was a true professional. I later spoke with the dealer selling the car who said my inspector (Rob) was a pleasure to deal with and very respectful. I genuinely cannot rate Rob high enough. Following the inspection I recieved photos and a detailed conversation on findings. I couldn't be happier. Rob discovered Aircon not working, running gear not right and fault codes which don't show on the dash. All 3 things are now been fixed by the dealer before I buy. So definitely worth it.

Rob was brilliant, turned up on time, seemed knowledgeable, did the repair at my house ran me through what he'd done afterwards. This was for a replacement alternator which is really difficult to access on this car and he did it within the hour and with no moaning!
