MINI Mini Clutch master cylinder replacement, fitted and had to remove because customer was unhappy with the service

He said he hadn't ever done one before & i had to tell he were it was
He got covered in fluids several times the carpet is saturated
When he bled it he just squirted it all over the tarmac
He left the slave cylinder off

How I didn't loose it with you is beyond me. You booked in for a slave cylinder replacement then called me the night before to say it was the master cylinder. I replaced the master cylinder and discovered that your main clutch was jammed up. You refused to pay for the master cylinder that you asked me to fit and also an extra half hours labour that it took me to fit it. There was already fluid all over your carpet anyway and I wasnt going to spend more time that you wouldnt pay for putting your old cylinder back on. Obviously you were not happy that I found out that the real problem was your clutch itself, so you felt it necessary to start complaining about everything that you could think of including getting fluid which doesn't stain and washes off on the car park tarmac which wasnt even your tarmac. I'm normally very patient and treat my customers with as much respect as they deserve, but you sir were something else! Absolute class 1 pillock! Read more
