Mark was fantastic although my car problem could not be solved today this was not marks fault at all. The mechanic was clearly knowledgeable and was approachable and friendly. Not having a lot of related knowledge myself, it really helped to have a professional have a look at the car I was buying. They spotted that the clutch needs replacing, which is priced upwards of £500, which I would not have known otherwise.
