Mark was fantastic although my car problem could not be solved today this was not marks fault at all. He explained everything very well to someone who has no idea about cars at all and what the actual problem is with my car. I will be re booking again very soon to get the exact problem fixed. The mechanic was clearly knowledgeable and was approachable and friendly. Not having a lot of related knowledge myself, it really helped to have a professional have a look at the car I was buying. They spotted that the clutch needs replacing, which is priced upwards of £500, which I would not have known otherwise.
