He was punctual, friendly & very helpful, even going as far as visiting me at my place of work to ensure I was thoroughly informed about other problems which he found while doing the service. He went above & beyond what I expected & I'll definitely recommend him to my friends & would use him again.

Andy came and replaced four Glow Plugs on my Mitsubishi Outlander as requested. He arrived on time and completed the work in one hour which was far quicker than I expected. He undertook a diagnostic and his work had cleared the fault. He had a good knowledge of Diesel particulate Filters and explained what else may need to be done in the to resolve the problem if it persists.
