Maz was great. He text to give approx time of arrival and to confirm that would be ok. He completed work in a professional way. Very pleased with click mechanic, communication and speed of service has been excellent.

Maz was a nice guy but unfortunately after the job had been completed the problem wasn't resolved and I found a further 3 fault codes so not only did I pay £146.78 for nothing to be resolved I now have further problems to solve.

Yes the mechanic was great ...got the job done with no fuss or dramas. Explained the work to me was a bit unsure of the parts but he looked up the company on his mobile and when I saw the information was more than happy. I really think the days of the side street repairers are numbered with companies like this around...thank you

Maz did a pre purchase inspection for me in Sheffield. I was impressed by the communication and service. He texted me as soon as he was allocated the job and phoned me before and after the inspection. He was helpful with questions I had and talked me through the car in detail after the inspection. I'm impressed with Click Mechanic. You run a very efficient service and seem to care about customer satisfaction. I originally booked with RAC and they couldn't do the inspection for 5 days. Not only was Click Mechanic better priced but the cancellation fee (if less than 24 hours'notice) was very reasonable had I needed to do that.

Maz was excellent, very thorough and would highly recommend him to anyone using your service.
