Maz was very good. He finished very quickly and explained to me the problems.

Terrible experience. Very hard to get a hold of, and communication was poor throughout. He completed the inspection after he had already left the car, which didn’t make any sense and felt rushed. After telling us the car needed various things, it became clear many important items weren’t properly checked — like the DPF soot level. He mentioned noises from the engine and suspension but didn’t explain what they were or what they could possibly be.

To make things worse, he told the seller not to negotiate with us — completely unprofessional and none of his business. He even suggested the seller get the work done through him and then sell the car for more money. Highly unethical. Would not recommend at all. Read more
