Maz was very friendly. I called him few times before he did my car inspection and he always answered my questions. He sounded very experienced and I felt he was geniuenly interested to help me take a decision about the car.

Maz has done a good inspection on the car & has given me peace of mind to make a decision on purchasing the car, thank you. It was great to receive a call after the inspection & report, in which he went through his inspection & assessment of the condition of the car
He offer the option of doing the inspection earlier, when we couldn't make this, he still turned up at the agreed booked time

Maz seemed quite knowledgable and friendly at the moment he has only diagnosed the problem so no repair has taken place yet

Awful service. Click mechanic took money out of my account when the hadn't even started nevermind completed. It appears click mechanic are protecting their fee and not taking responsibility for this sorry mess. I am a vulnerable transwoman and thought it would easier to use such a service as going into garages can be very daunting.

Upto now, I have requested full vat registered invoices for the part and for click mechanic's costings and they can't produce either. I do not recommend click mechanic purely on the fact that it seems they are only interested in keeping their money and do not put the customer first.

Maz was great and rang me in advance to find out a few details.
The car I wanted checking had issues which Maz explained and sent through the report which made my mind up.

I must say at first I was a but dubious in using ClickMechanic due to using AA however when I read the reviews and what they check on your vehicle inspection, and what they charge it was a no brainer.
Even though I would have liked to be at the vehicle inspection, wasn't able to due to it being in Manchester and me living in London I was happy with Maz's report, I had being doing my own research so i felt confident with Maz due to his communication and time keeping and also he was very informative. I would definelty using ClickMechanic again and if I get Maz it will be a bonus.

Friendly I wouldn't hesitate to use him again

Maz came out he didn't really know what was wrong with the car . My car is still not fixed , first he said it could be the starter motor then said it's the alternator or the immobiliser so I'm still none the wiser

Maz was outstanding, I requested on a Friday evening at 9pm for my brake pads to be replaced the following day at 2pm, to my amazement (due to last minute nature) the job was accepted Maz called at 11am to say he was available & could arrive within the hour if I was free, he was extremely polite, He arrived within the hour, inspected the car and got to work, Maz explained each step of the way what he was doing and why, showing me the parts he was checking and removing. He explained the quilaty of the new parts and where I could research them online, throughout Maz was extremely friendly, polite and professional.
