very happy with Maz very friendly very informative throughly checked my car diagnosed what was wrong with it good mechanic

car was over 200 miles away, that's why I used this service, when I got to car plugged in diagnostic kit, injector 6 misfire and few other faults, run flat tyres on rear normal tyres on back, oil leak from oil sump, i test drove broke down within ten mins, brake discs are whorped, all of these points were not covered in my so calllled top inspection, a joke, what a waste of time and money!!

Maz rang before to confirm the appointment and after he had inspected the car. We had a long conversation regarding the car and he emailed me a report beforehand and thankfully it was all fine to purchase, great service.

Mazz was very punctual, polite and knowledgable. Diagnosed fault and returned quote promptly. Very satisfied.

I was very pleased with the work Maz carried out.He phoned first thing to let me know he would be arriving at noon and was very punctual.I left him in the carpark to get on with it and he txtd me to say he had finished.It couldnt have been better.
As far as click mechanic is concerned I was very impressed with their service.I had the problem on saturday and Maz plus parts arrived and fixed problem on monday.

I couldn't view the vehicle myself so reliant on Maz to conduct inspection. He liaised with the dealer to ensure vehicle was ready for him. Great communicator Maz gave great advice along with thorough report and photo's. Happy to discus potential issues highlighted in the diagnostic test. Gave excellent feedback from the test drive. Friendly and knowledgeable would recommend to anyone wanting to use the service.
