Excellent work by Maz. Kept me updated each stage of the works and even afterward.

Maz was polite and courteous and talked me through each step of the job to make sure I understood what he was doing and why. He checked other things as he went along while he was working around the car and pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on and get replaced sooner rather than later.
Can’t fault the mechanic for his communication or service, however there was an admin problem with the computer system which delayed the arrival of Maz but that wasn’t his fault and he called ahead to inform me. Turned out when I rang the helpline it was a Click Mechanic computer error to blame, hence the 8/10.
After the job I was shown the invoice and we agreed that it was the quoted price for the work carried out, pressed confirm and it was charged to my account. Really simple and easy. Read more
