Maz was great. He was prompt (early in fact!) and was really helpful in explaining the technical details in a way I could understand.

Max, was brilliant. He carried out a full inspection on a cat n recorded car I wanted to buy. Max was so professional, prompt full report sent within 30 mind of the inspection being carried out. Sent photos of the car inside and out full road test. Can't fault this service. Cheaper than the Rac and the AA. Thank you.

MAZ was extremely helpful, as he was punctual on time, after allowing me to reschedule the appointment last minute. He communicated from me the second he had left to go and view the car, till after he had checked it. He explained the problems with the car. He also gave me his own advice which was extremely beneficial. He was really friendly. I would definitely recommend Maz to others

The Harrogate/Ripon mechanic was excellent and did very good job replacing front brake pads on Suzuki. This was the first time we used ClicMechanic. It's very handy not to have to take the car to the garage and it was cheaper too. We will use this service again.

So glad I had him check out the car I was hoping to purchase. He highlighted some major issues with the car that I would have never been able to find myself. Well worth getting it looked at! Saved myself £1000’s in repairs that I would have needed doing in the near future if I had bought the car!

The appointment was booked late on a Thursday afternoon post 4pm , within a couple of hours I got a confirmation with an engineer booking for the following morning.
On the morning of the appointment Maz was brilliant , I got called well in advanced to be introduced and be given an ETA , Maz arrived on time and was friendly and professional , he completed the work in good time and to a very high standard , he gave me good advice on my servicing needs , would definately use the service again and will ask for Maz .

Maz is a great guy, he turned up on time, kept in communication the days before and before arrival. He explained what the was going to do, throughout the procedure Maz diagnosed a further fault, he quickly recommended a supplier, called them and used is account so I could get discount.
The parts were fitted quickly and without fuss, Maz said if i could get the parts he would fit them whiled he was here, excellent customer relation building. When to job was complete he showed me the used parts, I would recommend you to anybody.
