My mechanic could not remove the water pump so the job was not done and now I have to find another way to get the job sorted

Arrived on time, got straight to it and completed the job within the hour, am very pleased with result.

Joseph was punctual and friendly. He checked that the starter motor was the actual problem. he then checked the part he had brought was correct. he completed the work at the roadside in less than an hour. car started fine, and has done so since.

Fab Fab Fab! Joseph was great - no complaints whatsoever. He turned up on time, was very polite and got to work straight away. I did feel he was quite brave working out in the road, the road I live on, no one sticks to the 20mph speed limit so I offered him a cup of Tea while he was working away.

Sadly he wasn't able to complete the full job, the sump plug wouldn't come off and as he didn't have a replacement, he couldn't complete the engine oil change I also asked for but that wasn't his fault. I didn't know about the sump plug being rounded off. Even though Joseph had spent a bit of time trying, Click Mechanic took off the quoted labour (off their own back), and let me keep the oil to have it done elsewhere if I wanted to.

I got a couple of calls from Joseph's manager who seemed very interested to keep track on how the job was going and went out of his way to make sure I understood what was happening and to make sure I was happy with everything.

I am greatly impressed with ClickMechanic. Joseph was a great guy and fixed the problem very quickly. I would certainly use them again, although hope I don't have to of course.
