Disappointed and not Honest,not even done any work and ripping of £63 ,I don’t know the reason

I was not on site where the car was, but I was told he arrived within the allocated time. He carried out the inspection well.

is friendly / his knowledge and skills are brilliant !

I am more then happy with his work for pre inspecting on my behalf a 2rd hand car from a dealership.

Joseph was great. He arrived on time and looked over my car thoroughly and diagnosed the problem, he was really helpful and polite.

Joseph was really nice and helpful the only reason he got four stars was because he forgot to tighten up on bolt on the drive shaft that he fitted, which meant it come up as a fail on the mot, yes there was three other failures but had nothing to do with the work carried out.
The reason he got four stars was because he was very late getting to me on the first day, but it was not his fault, as there was two accidents that made him late, and he also got four stars for communication because his phone was playing up and he didn’t keep me updated very well while waiting for the new part ordered, as I was the one chasing for updates. Other than that he was very nice and helpful, I would still be happy to use him again should I need to, as he did very well on the second day, (next day) with letting me know he was a few minutes away and when he arrived. Joseph was very good, the job was a little bit awkward then he thought although he did do job.

Joseph was competent and friendly.

He came on time.

He was professional.

I would recommend him.
