satisfied with competence, but on this occasion despite leaving 2 messages, my phone calls were not returned. I eventually got an answer from mechanic and spoke about my pre-inspection.
Overall having used click mechanic 3 times this was the worst mechanic for communications,.

Joseph was great. He called when the satnav didn't show my address correctly and let me know where he was at. Once arrived he checked with me what I expected from the diagnosis and he explained everything, he even made a couple of phone calls whilst I was present and got me information about replacement parts. Very comforting to have quotes given to a mechanic instead of phoning myself. Polite, pleasant and focused. I would recommend his work.
