Joseph is top rate. He was incredibly thorough and took a lot of time explaining everything that was significant. The service was exactly what I'd hoped for and he was open and friendly.

Joseph arrived 30mins late and gave no explanation as to why. When he did, he got on with the work and was very competent, finding out what was wrong with the van with the metre. He tried to clean out the ECG unit, but it was to clogged up, but at least I know what it is now. He did manage to get oil all over the van, which I managed to clean off with wipes, but couldn't get the stain out of my trainers. Overall Joseph was a nice bloke and knew his stuff.
