Hello. I'm rather puzzled to be honest. We had Buna twice, because the car would'nt start, The first time he told me that he had got to come back as he had not managed to sort out the problem, but that the only fault was to do with the starting of the car. He came back again, said that he had sorted out the problems with the car and that we needed to get a replacement battery, but apart from that there were no fault codes. We replaced the battery and then found that the power steering and abs were not working. We have paid for a third visit and we are now being told that the steering gear??? is broken and the steering wheel sensor is not functioning. I need to sell this car and I can't do a thing with it, until it is sorted. We have paid for the mechanic to come out today and tell me what I told you earlier. Where do we go from here please? Joseph was excellent. He found the problem after doing a series of diagnostic tests, he had all the up to date equipment. He did a report which was emailed to me. Have now booked to have repair done.

Joseph was top class, he discovered the issue with my car, awaited breakdown recovery with me and reassured me that even though I had been told there was no guarantee/warranty with the car as I had purchased from dealership only 1 month ago I was entitled to refund or for the to fix the issue.... Something I feared I would not be entitled to. Lovely chap and helped put my mind at ease.
