Bob was upfront and advised that the spark plugs need replacing to eliminate the warning light flickerering on the dash board. I need a written report of his diagnosis showing the fault that need to be fixed with replacing all the spark plugs. If the any of the faults show up again on the dashboard, I expect ClicMechanic to rediagnose agai at no charge.
Please forward the report of the diagnosis for me to print and as a proof.
