Ben was great and helped me understand what went wrong with the van previously

I have put quality as 5 stars but don’t actually know how accurate the judgments made were. I’m assuming Ben was thorough and inspected the car to a high standard - I was not there. I’m sure this has to be assumed. However, he made the assessment on the same day, with excellent communication and he couldn’t have been more helpful, offering to speak on the phone afterwards if I had any questions, responding to numerous questions by text and ringing me to check that I’d received the report. I was very grateful for this. If the assessment of the car is accurate, I am very pleased with the service

Ben was Super friendly, really thorough and went into great detail to make sure I felt comfortable. The best part is that he seemed just as interested and eager as myself in the car, yet at the same time he was totally honest. Couldn’t have asked for any better, thanks a lot Ben !

Immediately diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what was wrong. He also took a video of the issue so I can provide it to the insurance company and garage.
