Immediately diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what was wrong. He also took a video of the issue so I can provide it to the insurance company and garage.

excellent service highly recommended great communication happy that we met Ben

Ben was great. Really knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout.

Ben did a fantastic job alongside great communication. I booked him for a pre purchase inspection.

Ben was amazing, can't praise him enough. He was very communicative and helpful. Lovely to deal with. He did a very thorough pre purchase inspection report for me and even took a thorough video for me as i couldnt view in person. Highly recommend.

Ben was very friendly and easy to talk to. He made an effort to check if there was anything I wanted checked out and sent a video calling out the main points that are worth raising. The car i purchased was good mechanically but having Ben the inspection gave me confidence.

Bob was excellent .. Always worth using someone like this to fully appraise a second hand car, and I was very happy I did. Report was thorough and detailed, videos were informative and of high quality. Most of all, Bob’s swift and helpful responses to all my follow up questions was so appreciated. I was confident enough to buy this car without having physically seen it myself .. Ans it is a superb car. Thanks again Bob for your effort. Would highly recommend…

Ben was so friendly and so quick to get on the job, he sent me over videos and talked me through the report thoroughly! Very happy with his work
