Edd was excellent! I didn’t attend the inspection but Ed’s communication was top by keeping me updated throughout the inspection. After it was complete, the report came through really quickly and then Edd kindly waited for a time that was convenient for me to call and run through all the questions I had. He then said that if I had any other questions after the call then I could just text him and we could jump on another call, which I thought was a nice touch.

Whilst I didn't meet Edd personally, he carried out the work to time and quality (for a pre-purchase on a private sale). His comms were excellent and his expertise & experience were apparent. Thank you Edd.
