Edward was excellent, I can not stress this enough! He gave a detailed report and answered all relevant questions & even had answers to things I did not think about. He even took time to explain pictures as well, so we didn’t feel like we couldn’t ask anything. Great attention to detail and very warming in his approach. Would highly recommend or contact your company just to use him again.
