Ed was amazing from start to finish in my pre-purchase inspection for a van. As I live in Scotland and the van is in England, it was proving logistically difficult for me to make sure I was certain on my decision. He totally went above and beyond, his report was thorough and I could tell he genuinely cared and took pride in his work. He continued to be available to check over receipts/reports after the inspection, which was incredibly generous of him. Really can't recommend enough.

Communication was absolutely top notch. I was kept informed the whole time, pre inspection contact to find out requirements and what I'd like to know etc. Kept up to date with visit and expected timings for report and then phone contact post report to give me time to read and get questions which is for me absolutely the best way to do things.
Very personable but also clearly extremely knowledgeable in his field.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs pre purchase inspection.

Edward was a highly professional and very thorough motor engineer who provided me with a full and detailed appraisal of my recently purchased Jaguar XJ8. His explanation of his findings and recommendations were clearly communicated both verbally and in his subsequent report - I would judge his service as excellent. His detailed report came to me but a few hours after the inspection.
I would have no difficulty in recommending him to anyone else requiring a comprehensive evaluation of a motor vehicle.

Edd's very prompt pre purchase inspection report was very detailed and thorough. The follow up conversation was then great to discuss through the issues found, their relative severity and expected cost to fix.

Edd was absolutely brilliant, he went above and beyond in his inspection using some specialist software that only select engineers have access to which enabled us to discover the seller had used software to wipe the fault dashboard immediately before the sale. Very happy with the work Edd carried out.

Once again, Edd has furnished me with all the information I needed to go in and negotiate on the car. Both the written report with photos, and the subsequent call were great. Just hope it’s more than a months time until I need Edd to Look at a car for me again! Haha
