Absolutely first class service. I was fortunate enough to have been assigned Edd who just so happens to be a VW specialist which was perfect as I was buying a VW.
I cannot heep enough praise on Edd for his professionalism and his attention to detail.
He took the time to not only supply an exceptionally detailed report, but also took extra time to explain and advise me further. He was very patient with me, and answered all my questions in a way I'd understand. On top of this his communication was great and honest with his opinions, which is exactly what you want when buying a car. I hope I get Edd again when i next need an inspection.

Edd is a third generation car mechanic who has always been a car enthusiast from a very young age. He began his professional career in the motor trade as an apprentice technician at a VW main dealer where he completed his training and graduated from the Volkswagen academy top of his class and year. He gained a wealth of experience within the Volkswagen Audi Group and also spent just under 2 years as a specialist patrol for the AA dealing with breakdowns on all manner of vehicle from mopeds to HGV.
Edd works as a Consultant on an International level trouble shooting complex faults for garages mostly across the United Kingdom but his reputation has spread further afield and has also been called out to jobs as far away as Ireland, Italy and Switzerland.
