Mohammad was great. What a lovely bloke. He knew what he was doing and what he was talking about (I had no clue, personally!). He explained what he'd done and even showed me the parts he'd replaced. We had a bit of back-and-forth regarding time of arrival, but that was ok. He kept me updated and I appreciated that. Will definitely use this service (and preferably work with Mohammad) again.
