Mohammad was great. What a lovely bloke. He knew what he was doing and what he was talking about (I had no clue, personally!). He explained what he'd done and even showed me the parts he'd replaced. We had a bit of back-and-forth regarding time of arrival, but that was ok. He kept me updated and I appreciated that. Will definitely use this service (and preferably work with Mohammad) again.

The mechanic was very friendly and courteous. I was much encouraged by the report and my conversation with the mechanic. I was relying on the report and chat as I was coming to London to collect the car from Dublin, Ireland.

However, I was very disappointed following my collection of the car. When I collected that car, it was absolutely lashing so I had little chance of a close inspection so I was doubly relying in the report. Initially, everything looked fine. However, a number of issues which should have been noted.

1. There is a dent in the bonnet. Estimate for repair €150.

2. When collecting the car, the readout showed tyre pressures needed attention. Having driven some miles, I noticed tyre pressure loss. at first, it was a faulty valve, but also there was damage to the outside wall of the tyre ( nearside rear ), so the tyre had to be replaced. £93.
3. The paintwork on the roof is badly damaged. This was not, at first, apparent. I thought it was rain that had dried. But on closer inspection, the car had obviously been parked under trees as the damage was caused by tree sap. I tries to remove with T Cut and polish but to no avail. I have since had the job done professionally. €195.
4. There is noise, occasionally, from the front wipers. It might be the requirement of new rubber refills. I have fitted these. €15 Read more
