Mohammed was courteous and called to say he was running late. He called after the inspection and was very thorough in relaying the good and bad points. He then followed that up with a report and photos the same evening. The inspection was £300 cheaper than AA for exactly the same top report. Kicking myself that I’d used them previously on a different car. ‘You live and you learn!’

Mohammed was very customer focussed. Prior to the appt Mohammed phoned to see if I was aware the mirror I had ordered was primed and not sprayed the colour of the car. He sourced this for me.
