The mechanic was prompt, knowledgable, friendly and replaced the battery quickly. I am very happy with the service.

They came to replace my drivers wing mirror. The mechanic was fine but the wing mirror was unpainted. He fitted it without telling me this otherwise I would have sent him away. If I had been told when I booked or the previous day when they rang to ask me for some more details I would have cancelled. I will go to a dealer next time rather than use ClickMechanic.

the mechanic was fine. the only problem i had is the most important thing about the service is the oil change didnt get done as there was an alleged issue with the plug thread . this being the case i would have expected a mechanic to be able to rectify the problem for me
