Jonathan was booked in to arrive between 10.30 and 12.30 on Wednesday. At around 1pm, I rang the number provided and was advised he was running late due to the weather. At 3.30pm I received a text message informing me that he wouldn't be able to make it that day and he would attend the following day after his first job. He arrived at around 10am and the job was completed in around an hour. Extremely pleased with the work carried out, just a little disappointed about the delay in getting to me, especially as I had to pay an additional £55 for a priority booking slot, which in the end, never happened. Rapid Rubber Ltd, the company who carried out the repairs were great. Click Mechanic on the other hand have charged me an additional commission to find a garage to complete the work that I have paid for. This I do not appreciate as my business is a start up and all additional costs are unwelcome. Furthermore my bank account is still showing a debited amount of £747 plus 2 additional pending payments totalling £747. If this large sum is taken in duplicate I will make a formal complaint. Happy with Rapid Rubber very unhappy with Click Mechanic. Also Click Mechanic does not provide a telephone number to discuss my concerns? Suggest someone calls me this morning.
