Slightly delayed arrival but once picked up the car was back home within a couple hours, excellent job on the repair, my car runs much smoother now!

Jonathan was awesome. Helped sort out the problem quickly and made sure to check that the issue was fully resolved before he left.

Arrived within the time that was given, said would need to take the car in. Collected quickly, the driver of the pickup truck was friendly.
They did a great job got the car back in good time delivered to the door.
Brilliant would recommend them.

Car collection on time but by lunchtime, I was informed of greater expense owing to clutch needing replacing. Informed should be able to complete work today. I eventually rang 18:30 to be told car on ramp and everyone had gone home. I would be contacted in the morning. Still no word. I rang about 14:00 to be told car finished, it will be returned shortly. It eventually arrived about 17:00

The car wasn't collected on time as they explained they had fallen behind on work that day, which happens and is understandable. They were late collecting the next day by a couple of hours which was annoying (removing stars for this) and seemed surprised that it wasn't drivable! (an issue which had been mentioned several times). I was quoted £70 for recovery even though the website states a £60 charge, however I was only charged £45 after all, which was quoted to me by the recovery vehicle driver themself, in person.
The repair itself (gearbox linkage) was done promptly and appears to have been done well (nice smooth gear change better than before). I was expecting my car to be returned to me some time after I was informed that the work was completed (by email). I waited a hour and half before calling for an update to which the garage informed me that they had no staff available to return the car. I spent a further £25 on an uner to collect it. I wish they could have informed me of this situation sooner so I could have avoided the rush hour traffic. I would have liked better communication in the end so taking off one star for that. Brilliant service! The car was collected on time. They kept me informed about its progress and delivered back later in the day. The car has never driven so well since I used clickMechanic and their local mechanics Rapid Rubber. I have no problem in reccomending them.
