Garage was unable to attend site and do the work. They did ring and we agreed to drop the vehicle off for them at there location. The work was carried out and vehicle delivered back. Happy with the communication and service.

Jonathan was booked in to arrive between 10.30 and 12.30 on Wednesday. At around 1pm, I rang the number provided and was advised he was running late due to the weather. At 3.30pm I received a text message informing me that he wouldn't be able to make it that day and he would attend the following day after his first job. He arrived at around 10am and the job was completed in around an hour. Extremely pleased with the work carried out, just a little disappointed about the delay in getting to me, especially as I had to pay an additional £55 for a priority booking slot, which in the end, never happened. Overall though, I'm very happy with the work and Jonathan's friendly nature. Read more
