He tried his best to diagnose the issue (despite the engine deciding to behave itself during the visit!) and he also helped diagnose the cause of a separate issue with the headlamp that wasn't on the original booking. Have used click mechanic three times now, each time with a different mechanic, and can't fault any of them. Thoroughly recommended
