I couldn't be happier with the service. My regular garage advised that they couldn't look at my car for over a month, so needing my car, I looked elsewhere for help.
My initial request with ClickMechanic to run a diagnostic review was made on the Monday, Piotr confirmed the issue with my clutch on the Tuesday and ordered the part, fitting it on the Wednesday morning so I was back on the road by lunchtime! 😀
Piotr was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what had happened, showing me the failure point in the slave cylinder part removed from the car.
He also waited for me to take the car for a short run post the work to make sure I was happy before leaving.
