Piotr was great. Really polite and friendly, knowledgable and completed diagnostics on my Fiesta without issue. I had a rough idea about what was wrong but needed it confirmed without any doubt and Piotr completed that perfectly.

Piotr was efficient and friendly, got the job done well. Mechanical work excellent, unfortunately not able to clear the brake wear code, but spent extra effort trying and was transparent about the issue. Recognised and advised on more complex rear brake issue he couldn't tackle at the time - didn't charge for it.
