Peugeot 207 Clutch replacement

The vehicle was scheduled for collection Friday 30th March between 18.00 and 20.00. Mechanic contacted me and asked could they collect Sat 31st March morning. Again had to reschedule and they asked to collect at 3pm. They finally arrived 4.40pm to collect and take back to their garage. Car was promised for return Easter Sunday. I was contacted by mechanic asking could they return it Monday 1st as the clutch they received was wrong. After chasing them up was told car will be ready by 9.30am Monday. In my mind 1.5 days late! Not a happy experience due to delays and no comms on Easter Sunday afternoon with any updates. The vehicle should have been back with us latest Easter Sunday morning. Read more

Ford Fiesta MOT with collection & delivery

The woman who came to collect the car was nice and polite. No idea what the mechanic was like, only communicated via a couple of texts. The MOT was carried out successfully, although I was expecting an advisory (the license plate has a slight crack, it's picked up every year) but not this year.
