Mechanic friendly and helpful communication could have been better but overall Excellent service

My mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable but as there was little work for him to actually do was a bit disappointed by having only 10 minutes of his time!

I am very pleased with the speed and price of the service. Communication was ok but would benefit from improving as I wanted to add in another item replacement and this was not achieved. His wife who collected and returned my vehicle was very pleasant and polite and kept to the time she agreed. Given the short notice and quick response for repair within 2 days of posting my request I am very pleased with the service and would use it again, despite issues with arrival time.

My car was collected at the time indicated and then taken to be repaired. It was returned the next day. Unfortunately the engine light came on but Raj came the next day and rectified the fault. ( something had been displaced) I had to do most of the texting and calling but Raj did get back to me really quickly. I'm really happy with the repair especially as it was under half what Vauxhall quoted for the same repair.

Very Friendly Mechanic - came out and took car to garage to complete repair. Knowledgable and had ordered new clutch to carry out repair and were able to complete repair as requested. Thank-you!

It was a pleasure to do business with. His wife collected the car and return it next day fully fixed.
