Our mechanic Bob (R&b) communicated directly with us and attended our vehicle at the time specified, he was friendly, courteous, and very efficient ,he carried out the job quickly and with great care. He also offered advice on other small jobs that our car would be requiring in the near future which was very much appreciated. Overall a very professional job.
