The mechanic showed up on time, but was driven by someone else in a normal car. His communication skills were poor, not able to tell me what he was doing and the result.

I was shown one thing of concern with the van, but couldn't clearly make out what the issue was.

Whilst it was cost effective, I would struggle to use it again. I also believed I would get sent a report, but haven't received anything.
