Thing I'm disgusted about is the price you charged me for plugs. You charged me £107 for something that I can go out and pay £47 for Bosch plugs. Will never use you again and I will strongly be advising other people not to use you either

Apart from the awful weather with sub zero temperatures and confusion, Bob arrived and went straight to work to fix my electrics problem which was regrettably not possible due to Skoda protecting the relevant circuits but he showed me the diagnostics screen so I could contact Skoda.

They were very prompt and polite. Had my car back in no time. Would highly recommend them in the future.

Ray carried out the work to our car as requested and even brought our car back later in the evening in the snow, which I understand took him hours! However, I am very unhappy with Click Mechanic, their "instant fixed price quote" was not fixed price and ended up doubling, even though it was calculated using my car reg and post code. The work also took 2 days, not the 1 hour I was told by them. Not happy about this, especially after I called their contact centre to make sure the work I was booking was definitely the price quoted and would only take an hour. I would not recommend this service and I will be making a complaint.

Ray was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed faults and worked on the car.
Unfortunately after this and working on the car 4 hours on a separate day I have paid a bill of £245.00 and still have the same problem with the following;-
1 - Check tyre pressure
2 - Blind spot monitor not available

Ray was helpful did they job, no problem. I’d recommend using clickmechanic I was a bit weiry at first

Mechanic was friendly and seemed to know his job. Still a job to do on my car but I am confident it will be done properly.
