Ray was polite, friendly and explained everything very clearly. He was running late so called me to let me know, I appreciated the call. I additionally asked for a clean of the car inside and out, which isn't normally included in a MOT collection/delivery service but he said it wasn't a problem (just explained there'd be an extra fee for this). He was courteous and prompt with the return of the car and it was cleaned very well. Very pleased with the service I received from Ray, thanks, I'd definitely use again!

Only some advisories on the MOT, offered to do the work but wasn't pushy at all. Chuffed it had a valet with the service considering the price too!
