A real pleasure and worry free from start to finish , collected on time and delivered back to me within a couple of hours and car running perfect .

Great service. Turned up when expected and called in advance to say they were arriving. Work was done to high standard with no further problems. Only gripe during the whole thing was that the original driver had to leave due to an emergency, so I got my car back a couple of hours later than expected. I’m still giving 5 stars for punctuality though, because I was informed in plenty of time and it was out of their hands.

I had booked a slot between 8-10 am, they picked my car up at 9 not a problem, I’d already taken the morning off work, I asked roughly what time the car would get back and was told early afternoon, so I had to call my work and take the afternoon off also!

I had to call the garage to ask where my car was on numerous occasions, to be told he’ll ask the driver to ‘put his foot down’, um not in my car thank you very much!! I didn’t get it back until 19:45! Had I of known it would take this long I would have used a local garage and just paid the extra £20 more they quoted for the service! Will not use again!.

Ray was very helpful in arranging the work, and then getting all aspects completed, and the car successfully through its MOT
