I have just had Carl Gardner repair one of our fleet. Although a little late in arriving he was in full contact at all times explaining he was just picking up the parts! Carl was extremely pleasant and knew exactly what needed doing to the Van.

Carl was very good. Unfortunately soft tops are not his area of expertise but he had sufficient knowledge to get the roof closed, which was the main thing.

Carl. He called 1 hour into the 2 hour slot to say he'll arrive in 30 mins....then turns up 50 mins later...go figure.

"Fixes" the problem, demands cash in hand (on top of payment online). 3 days later problems again....co-incidence?

When called, shows little interest, is rude, hangs up and then follows up with an insulting text. Classy.

This is definitely the guy to go to if you have spare money you want an viable alternative to flushing it down the loo. Same end result.
