Really happy with the service. The mechanic was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the inspection. He called me beforehand and offered to inspect the car before I travelled up from London, which potentially saved me a wasted journey.

After the inspection he called me and clearly explained everything he'd found, including what I should be aware of and the potential costs involved. His advice was really helpful when it came to deciding whether to go ahead with the purchase and negotiating the price.

I'm very happy with Mat and the service he provided. He was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but also very clear and easy to understand when speaking on the phone. As someone who is not a car expert and whose English is not perfect, this was very important to me. He explained everything clearly enough for me to understand the condition of the car and make an informed decision.

Mat came to the car himself, carried out a thorough inspection, took photos and sent me a detailed report. He also called me to discuss the main points and was happy to answer any questions I had. I didn't have to travel there again or ask the seller to take the car anywhere, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful.
