Mat was great, I only put the request in at lunchtime and he was at the dealership by 10am next day. He called me straight after and went through everything, both good and bad.

I was extremely disappointed in how bad the car was.
I still haven't received the report online. So am still in the dark. Can you please tell me when I'm likely to receive the report as the money has been taken out my account and I've only had an oral conversation with the mechanic.
