Really great service- prompt, excellent report and advice. So useful and went the extra mile

I am incredibly happy with the service provided by my mechanic, Mat Karim. I was at work and missed his first two calls, but when I reached out, he happily called me back a third time. He was so enthusiastic, positive, and passionate about the job he did. Mat's honest evaluation and clear communication gave me 100% confidence to go ahead and buy the car. It is clear he really enjoys his job. Fantastic service!

Matt was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Advised quickly what was wrong , Gave good advice and said will be in touch

Mat provided a fantastic, hassle-free pre-purchase inspection. He handled everything seamlessly, traveling straight to the garage to check over the car for me. He was punctual, highly knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Will definitely use his services again!

Mat was excellent in both his communication and how he went about checking the car he had a look at for me before purchase.

The mechanic who went to do the inspection of the car we were looking to buy was excellent. Not only did he do a good job but also took some time afterwards to go through things with us and to answer our queries. Mat was informative. Would use Click Mechanic again.

Excellent job, great communication. Booked Mat for a pre purchase inspection of a Japanese import, very happy with the service

Really excellent service. Mat turned up early, completed the diagnostics, explained everything to do with the discovered faults, including possible repair options and could not have been more helpful and friendly. I couldn't be happier. Cheers Mat.
