Hi , he did only preliminary check...10 min road test and 10 min, diagnostic, visual...totally 20 mins...I subscribed for premium 2 hours...can u consider it as basic check, as only that was done by him...

Very disappointed, after arriving at the garage only to find there is no fuel in the vehicle and the seller wants me to drive to a local petrol station to fuel up I immediately realised a clear unprofessional seller.
The customer Praveena was constantly over my shoulder even on the road test that was only supposed to be 5 mile however just getting to the fuel station was probably more.
The inspection clearly states a telephone consultation after the inspection so nothing is discussed in front of the seller but Praveena is constantly discussing Infront of the seller even after I advised I cannot discuss in front of the seller.
You have to understand the 2 hour time frame involves 1. The inspection 2. Telephone consultation and finally the report. The report takes around 1/1.5 hour alone.
I did offer free advise if needed when looking for a car but now I am disappointed after hearing this i cannot offer this.
The vehicle had oil leaks and faults the customer had no idea about and I saved her from buying a horrible car and this is how you show your appreciation.....
