Really great service- prompt, excellent report and advice. So useful and went the extra mile

I am incredibly happy with the service provided by my mechanic, Mat Karim. I was at work and missed his first two calls, but when I reached out, he happily called me back a third time. He was so enthusiastic, positive, and passionate about the job he did. Mat's honest evaluation and clear communication gave me 100% confidence to go ahead and buy the car. It is clear he really enjoys his job. Fantastic service!

This is an exit to my review of 04/06/26
On picking up my car that had been inspected by Mat Karim the following day in 30c I put the A/C on, it blew warm air. The check list was completed and everything marked good or fair, nothing mentioned on telephone, I received the report by email at 18.08 I believe even tho he created it at 14.48. The reports are valid on the day of inspection only apparently and even tho my car stood undriven until I picked it up the following week. Mat was also booked for a premium inspection and not due until between 2-4 pm so to have created the report by 2.48 is pretty good going I'd say for 155 point check including a 5-mile drive, asked if he physically tested the air con twice on the resolution centre he failed to answer my question and referred to the obd scan, this cannot give a definitive answer as to whether the refrigerant is high enough in volume to work the A/C the only thing that can is follow in click mechanics own guidelines for testing A/Cand running it long enough to see if there is a drop in cabin temperature. Which is the question he will not answer. The dealer has paid for it to be regassed and it now work perfectly so because I have The invoice for for the regas, someone is lying and until I produced that he was saying that someone was me. He then got uncomfortable with my questions and decided he was no longer going to correspond with me! REEKS OF A GUILTY CONSCIENCE DOESNT IT! The other guy on the resolution Paul is backing him up saying there's no evidence that it was missed on the day how COULD THERE BEWHEN THE REPORT ISNT EMAILED TILL GONE 18.00 AND THE DEALER CLOSED AT 18.30!

Hi , he did only preliminary check...10 min road test and 10 min, diagnostic, visual...totally 20 mins...I subscribed for premium 2 hours...can u consider it as basic check, as only that was done by him...
