Was very very quick to diagnosis the cause of oil leak but couldn't fix it straightaway .have to book again

yes Lee was able to tell me what was actually needed to get me back on the road, i will need to get the job done soon ,more was wrong with the car than i realised so the cost was more

The booking for me was for Saturday while Mechanic had it for Monday which caused some inconvenience. However Lee was well in time on Monday and diagnosed the problem quickly and forwarded it to the right guy. No complaints.

Lee was helpful and managed to find my workplace after a bit of confusion with the postcode and Satnav direction.
He quickly reported the electronic diagnosis and reset it . He sent me a photo of the diagnosis on the diagnosis device screen. He advised if it happens again to bring it to be checked out.
Unfortunately the same evening the warning light came back, so I am unsure how to comment or react to this.
This is no reflection on his character as a helpful and friendly mechanic
